GOOCHLAND, Va. (AP) -- A fifth person faces gang-related charges linked to the death of a Waynesboro reserve police officer.
Media outlets report that 23-year-old Kweli Uhuru of Front Royal is charged with felony gang participation. Uhuru also is known as Travis Leon Bell.

so there are apparently more people trying to join gans in goochland than trying to protect the law. i'd say call the national guard
