Who's been to one? Any good? No matter what, it's got to be an upgrade from that awful Chili's.

I haven't but most people on the Internet seem to have good things to say. Apparently, they cook a lot of their food from scratch, have an Elvis shrine, offer a "chip bar" out of a trunk of a car, and have cheap margaritas during happy hour. Works for me.

Chuy's is bad ass. Great food, great decor, great t-shirts for those so inclined.

When Hatch chilies come into season, they'll have a whole menu of items made with Hatch chilies.

Chuy's is what Austin Grill wanted to be but never quite got there.

Chuy's is awesome. I've been to the one's in austin. if the one here is true to the Chuy's experience, it will be packed non-stop.

There is also one coming to Springfield Mall. Both have a scheduled opening of Fall 2014, but the one in Fairfax will open first!

Chuy's is excellent. Their margaritas and mexican martinis are very popular. I am from Austin and they are one of our first stops when we get back to Texas.

Yeah, Chili's was so bad, the rats and roaches wouldn't even eat there.

If this Chuy's place is busy, it will be overrun with vermin like all good restaurants are. I'm going to send them my card.
