Best Pho in Fairfax County

Looking for a Pho joint with good broth, lots of flavor but not too much salt. A place with good meat, god only knows what are in those meatballs.

So who has the best Pho in Fairfax?

Pho 75 has been consistently good for me (arlington blvd. aka rt. 50 and graham road).

I also am a fan of the Pho spot that is in that culmore shopping center.

Pho Reston 75 (not affiliated with the other Pho 75's) - best broth, tasty meat, and no MSG. It's hidden away in Tall Oaks shopping center off of Weihle.

Nothing like a bowl of watery soup with some leaves floating in it.

Pho Factory in the little shopping center on Little River Turnpike that's next to the IHOP where that dine-and-dash punk got shot.

I'll throw my hat in for Viet House in Fairfax City on Main St.

Their Pho is as good as any other, but the owner is super friendly. He seems like a good guy who appreciates that you stopped at his business.

That said, I haven't met many unfriendly Viet people. Regardless, Viet House is my go-to Pho.

I've had lunch several times at Pho bac in Chantilly, one of the best in the area for sure, solid Pho!

I went to Super Pho in herndon, once, and it was the WORST experience. The food had a strange taste and service was shitty!

Was it the testicles, the tendons, or the tripe that tasted odd?

Clearly, you are not Asian. Pho Bac is by far the worst Pho in NoVa. It is the laughing stock of Pho.

For Fairfax, my vote goes for Pho Deluxe next to Fast Eddie's. Have to try their shrimp triangle too.

I go to Eden Center up in Falls Church about 5 or 6 times a year. There really isn't a bad PHO place out of the dozen or so in the little strip.

I've repeated but I couldn't tell you the names.

Go up there and walk around for lolz, the VN girls are hot and you don't need a passport.

They use way too much MSG.

Pho Hot in Annandale gets my vote, most delicious and flavorful broth. Pho Sate in Falls Church in 2nd place.

Pho Hai Dung was mediocre, fairly new restaurant.
Pho Deluxe, also just mediocre
Pho 50 no good
Pho 75, always overcooked, soggy noodles
Pho Hoa, terrible
Pho Today, terrible
Pho Cong Ly (original location in Springfield was my favorite, but the new recipe in Bradlick shopping centre is no good.)

I can't believe no one has mentioned Pho Sate off Graham rd.....

My wife and family are FOB from Saigon, and they prefer Pho Sate to pho in Vietnam....

I'm certainly no culinary expert, but I've sampled pho from across this country and many regions of Vietnam - and while I have to say I've tasted many delicious and unique versions of the dish - Pho Sate in Falls Church is just the best....

There's just something about their recipe....

Try it, and if you disagree please post here......

I've been meaning to start a Pho thread in FfxU - Falls Church does have one of the best Vietnamese populations in the country....

Pho Bac is the worst ever.

Pho Cyclo on Gallows is numba 1, G.I.

Libs sure don't. They are war mongering killers. Obama pussy can't fight Russia with drones like he does American citizens and women and children in the middles east.

I agree with the people above, viet house in fiarfax city is my favorite plus the owner is very friendly to us white folks.

Right across the street is pho 75 in the chile's parking lot and they are always solid.

I will agree about Viet House in FFX City. Good broth and good summer rolls.
Pho Bistro in Centreville is good too.

Pho Sate is excellent, as is Viet House and Pho 75. Pho Today used to suck pretty bad, but over the last few years has actually really stepped up its game.

It is really good Pho, just a little bit too much MSG. 4/5

>Pho Sate in Falls Church in

Great pho, love that oily sauce stuff. 1st place in my book. Just right. 5/5

> > Pho Hai Dung was mediocre, fairly new restaurant.

Great pho, the broth is excellent. Noodles could be better. They have another restaurant in Eden center that has been open for a long time. The owner is very nice. 4/5

> Pho 50 no good

LoLz... yeah, used to go there all the time before Pho was really popular. I saw a roach while I was eating there one time, disgusting. 2/5

> Pho Hoa, terrible

Agreed, the broth sucks, and the meat is bad. Its a chain too, not FOB run local place. 2/5

> Pho Cong Ly (original location in Springfield was

Disagree here. They have a good broth, it has a unique great taste. They have some of the best bubble tea too. And they also keep the place very clean. The only bad thing is the consistency of the broth, some days its OK, some days its spot on. 4/5

Pho 88

Great prices, they always have groupons which is nice. Pho is nothing amazing, but still very good. 3.5/5

Pho 24

This place is fairly new. Good prices, the broth is fairly good, they give you a lot of meat which is nice. 3.5/5
