I choose 66, Center lane, Westbound, at the 66/FFX Pkwy overpass. Will stake my location tomorrow at 730AM.

How about, the EZ pass thru lanes on the DTR. come to a grinding halt half in both lanes... Oh an do this on the West bound lanes so traffic on the beltway gets in on the fun...
