My cousin is very liar who made big lies about me to Fairfax County Court for no reason. He accuse me of taking money, but is lie and went to court May 2011 to make claims against me. Me and him opened business in Tyson courner to start a business in 2007. But the business because of bad decision by him has failed and lost a lot money due to him. Now he spreads lie about me and reputation ruined and false stuff. He even told my family i was no good and liar, but that is not true. It is him who has made bad decision of the business and we lost the business and have debt of $680,000 and business is also closed.

I hired a good attorney from my country to respresent me, but cousin spread lies so much that even my family believed him and not me.

My cousin is crimanale i hope he arrested and sended back home for depoertation because is not nice to spread false or bear false witness for all the bad decision he made. Now the court they sided with him and said it was me who destroy the company when it's false. The intereste rate has growned up to $28,000 on the loan and he refuse to pay.

Can you be more specific? What was the suit about? It can't simply have been about who was to blame for the business failure. Was it about how much of the debt you each owed? How was your business structured? Was it an LLC?
