The OP's are taking advantage of the "Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia Residents would find interesting." blurb posted by Commander Chinmerkin, since Prince William county is part of Northern Virginia, although most people in Fairfax don't give a tenth of a shit what happens in Prince William.
Also, CC has buried the Prince William forum so that it's two clicks off the front page, so it receives a minute fraction of the traffic that Fairfax County General gets. People who post want their shit read, so they post it on the front page.
An enterprising person might set up a forum at princewilliamunderground.com, pwunderground.com, or pwcunderground.com, since all three domains are currently available.
