Can anyone recommend a good, basic gym that's in or near Reston? I just need some basic weight machines, maybe free weights, maybe a bike or treadmill in the winter. I need it to be cheap. I don't want one of the fancy, expensive gyms with a pool, tennis courts and a bunch of spa crap and so forth.

Olympus Gym in Sterling is apparently pretty cheap, but the gasoline cost (and time) would add significantly to my monthly cost so I'd like someplace closer.

Golds Gym just opened in Plaza America so you might be able to score a good deal there. Other than that, don't know what your options are - Lifetime is $140+ a month.
