Pinball?

Now that John's place is history is there anywhere in the area that has pinball machines? I know when I was a kid they used to have them in the bowling alleys. Does anyone know if they still do?

The pinball league that used to play at John's moved out to Mighty Mike's in Sterling.

How the hell does that place get away with allowing smoking when nobody else in VA can?

They probably follow the Virginia smoking ban law governing restaurants which went into effect December 1st, 2009. For them to allow smoking the smoking area must be physically separate with separate ventilation from both the non-smoking area and the kitchen. If they meet those requirements then they can have a smoking section. If they don't, then they are in violation.

That being said, I haven't been to Mighty Mike's and I don't know whether they meet the criteria of the law or not.

Best if you quit smoking. I always look down on smokers.

http://www.nationalpinballmuseum.org/

It's closed right now after a landlord dispute (read: deadbeat tenants) but, they're looking to re-open at a new location...

What about Dave and Buster's? I've never been, but I know they have games. They might have pinball.
