We usually do a $500 donation to TLC every year. A lot of the people in our congregation do $250 yearly, but some who are better off do well over $1000.

I think the total last year was in excess of $30,000 just from our congregation alone.

It feels good to help an organization providing physical and spiritual help right in the heart of Fairfax.

The TLC regulars endure the bible thumping there because, yes, of the 'freebies. The more freebiesthey can sustain receiving, the less money that most of them do have can and is spent on substance abuse and street drug dealing. Works really well. Actually.
