Is there any place in nature that one can go to after dark in ffx county that is not considered Trespassing?

I need a dark spot to set up my telescope for some sky watching.

Isn't it strange that we are only allowed to be in man-made areas after dark?

If you know the area, it shouldn't be that hard. Try a park that you can walk to from a neighborhood parking spot. I don't know where you live, but I can think of about a dozen safe places within a half mile.
