Fascinating bit of history- thanks for the work hoffman! These persistent candidates are always interesting characters. Can anyone think of other examples?

Having known friends from Richmond, Chris Dorsey is such a character. He's famous for being kicked out of Occupy Richmond, perhaps the most important result of the Richmond occupy movement. He brings a gun to city hall meetings and complains about the Federal Reserve.
