I was at Fair Oaks Mall on Thursday afternoon around 3:30pm and their were a bunch of teens as usual. I noticed this crazy looking lady in a flowered dress walking over to teenage boys saying something as she walked by real quick.

When the lady finally walked by close I noticed it was a guy in blonde wig dressed in drag.

Anybody else seen this dude hitting on teens at Fair Oaks?
