That is, assuming you're referring to Chantilly National Golf & Country Club, which is in Centreville.

so, wait... Let me see if I have this right...

The 4th of July celebration
at Chantilly National Golf & Country Club,
which actually is located in Centerville,
was held on the 3rd of July.

Sadly after living in NoVA this all makes sense to me.
