I haven't been to many cigar shops. Cigar World in Tysons and Cigar Town in Reston are basically the same. The house brand is decent, selection is pretty good, and prices are ok. I've only been to the Reston shop once, but the shopkeeper was helpful and threw in a cutter with an order that wasn't all that much (~$80ish I think). Any other places? Do all the Total Wine locations sell cigars, or does it vary?

Total Wine, at least in Fairfax City, sucks.

Fair Oaks Mall - there is a pretty good shop there. If I recall they had all the air handlers so you could actually light up inside.
