The Michaels and Sons makes me reach for the kill switch every time.

Vomit.

The best one is Woodbridge Gold and Pawn, baby!

I've only seen it at the theater though.

1) Your city my city.. shoe city!

2) I can't remember it now.. tingling my senses..... commercial about financing I think (not Easterns) with Redskins players and what not...I think in the commercial they were running track or something. Wish I could remember.


Then there's this gem that only one other person I can find ever heard.. I'm not sure it was local but definitely targeted markets. It was on the radio (93.9/95.5 at the time) and was a Toyota Corolla commercial -- it was so terrible and funny.. it was supposed to be a jam. It went like:

"She likes my car... She likes my ride... Toyota Corolla (in a hushed tone)"

^ anyone remember this mofo or have a copy of it? It almost seemed racist.. it was very awkward but hilarious. I've Googled and can find no record or mention of it though.

Those Luna commercials are not from a local company. Luna started out in Chicago. They cut a deal with the Cubs to sponsor doubles hit at home games: Every time a Cub player doubled at Wrigley Field, the Luna jingle would play. Fans were not amused.

Tell'em to kiss my bumper...just kiss it, ha ha ha.

The "Kids for Less" jingle first came to my mind:

More, More, More--at Kids for Less,(kids for less!) you'll always save more

I always saw it mid-day during judge shows (Judge Mathis, etc).


Also, not even sure Gebco insurane is still around but there used to be ads with dancers shaking it to "Go Gebco!" repeated ad nauseum.

Explain this one? This kars for kids jingle says you'll get a maximum tax deduction (obviously) then they say once again, you'll get a vacation voucher. So which one is it and why say once again when you never mention a voucher the 1st time?!? Sounds shady. Whoever wrote this must have been a kid that spells cars with a k.
