Hello Folks,
I would like to get some advice on how to deal or even possible evict my illegal neighbours. I work a full time job and I am also a volunteer fire fighter. I get little sleep but when I do its always disturbed by my neighbours across the hall constantly coming in and out all day long at all hours. I have contacted the apartment and only one person is registered to that particular one bedroom apartment. I know for a fact that there is at least 5-7 people that live there. I want it stopped. I hate coming home for the simple fact that the doors are constantly slammed and they make a lot of noise. I also know for a fact that they are illegal. Who do I contact for them to investigate the matter? State police? Thank you for any help.
I'd say move outta there it's not worth the hassle whoever you contact probably come after you if you can't prove what you're claiming legally in court peace.

You are not looking for help, you just want to stir people up. Get a life.
And this is AMERICA you nimrod. It is spelled "neighbors" not "neighbours". Show us your green card or go back from whence you came.

Follow this link to the county strike team. If for some reason the link dont work, you can get it from the county home page and then go to complaints and concerns.

I'm guessing radiophile is calling you a nimrod because his cowardly self sits behind a computer and whacks off all day. Get this.. 1100 posts from him. ELEVEN HUNDRED. That's how I spell nerd.
Talk to the landlord.
There are very specific rules set out in leases about this.
Everyone who lives there is supposed to be on the lease, and there is a formula they use to determine overcrowding.
For each bedroom you can only have x non related people but I don't know the exact number.
here a fucking idea; be a man and talk to them about it. ask them to be quiet. make friends with them. be a good neighbor and maybe you will get the same in return.

Good luck getting those illegal vermin out of our country. I hope you are successful.

Volunteering is for chumps. Dump the second volunteer job, get a paying job, save your money, then move out of the apartment and into a house--the detached residence kind with nobody living on the other side of a wall from you.
If you live in an apartment you don't get to complain about hearing noises from other residents.
Buy the Mexicans a 12 tweleve pack of Corona, inform them of your necessary queit hours, and your plans to contact the authorities if they do not co - operate. Trust me, this will work, I have experienced a similar situation at an apartment complex in Van Dorn, Alexandria, Va. This worked.
