Grand Mart out, Harris Teeter in?

It's nuts.
Grand Mart is going out of business - Lotte or someplace similar drove them right away.
So what's going in?
Well...I just heard a Harris Teeter is.
In the SAME shopping center as a Giant.
Across the street from Trader Joe's.
Around the corner from Shoppers.
A block down the street from H-mart.
Are they CRAZY!?
[my wife says "Wonderful! Competition!"...sheesh...]
The only business doing smashing is Park-n-Shop, also a block away.

Nope, no source other than that - the management company's web site still incorrectly lists Grand Mart as an active tenant while media sites haven't been updated after mid-April so "I just heard" is the best I can do!

You know what "I just heard" - they're building a Neiman Marcus there. Of course it's nothing official, just what "I heard"

Harris Teeter is in serious financial trouble. Opening new stores anywhere is unlikely.
