Today's bitching comes courtesy of Random Hills. Whoever the hell widened that road totally ripped the taxpayers off. It is quite possibly the worst job I've ever seen - like a retarted chimp on acid was driving the paver. That thing is going to cost a ton to fix / maintain. The town/county of fairfax should sue their bitch asses.

Ok, that was cathartic. But I'm still pissed since I drive that road nearly every day if not 2-3x/day.

What's so bad about it, other than it is WAY too wide?

I'm just pissed they knocked down all those trees towards Fairfax Corner. That was the best part of driving down that road.

I think they realized the err of their ways and are trying to make up for it with speeding ticket revenue on that road. What burns my ass is that they don't have enough parking at Fairfax Corner. While I'm driving around with the other clowns in their SUVs, all the girls in Coastal Flats have no entertainment and have to talk about how much parking at Fairfax Corner sucks.

Parking in Fairfax Corner does suck.

Why does it have so many chain restaurants?

I like that a few non- corporate stores have come in but the place is a little dull.

It needs more live music and better bars.

As far as parking goes try parking behind REI and not on the right side of the movie theatre. The movie theatre does have a good little bar if you need to wait for your movie to start. Try the truffle oil popcorn at the bar too. It is free.
