Accident on Reston Parkway - Police are Scratching their heads

Accident before Sunset Hills road on the Reston Parkway. Four cars kinda a fender bender. It's been about an hour and half. No tow trucks in sight.

FCPD is totally confused about directing traffic and it could take them hours to figure out how to clear the roadway.

or maybe everyone will just wait for tow trucks like normal ppl, i dunno.............

With all the tow trucks in FFX county it shouldn't take 2 hours to clear an accident on a major road.

LoLz - youd think so...........but they're all busy towing tresspasing cars at University Mall :)
