Where was "The Library" exactly? What is it now?

Was it downstairs at 3979 Chain Bridge Road (aka "Courtside Thai Cuisine")?

The Thai restaurant is at 3981 Chain Bridge Rd. Yes, The Library was downstairs at 3979 Chain Bridge Rd. Went there quite a bit in my youth, dancing the night away.

I remember the Library.

Cheap beer, usually 100 degrees - even in the winter, six-foot high ceilings, and a smell like no other place on Earth.

Another establishment that is, thankfully long gone, was 70s hotspot "Little Feet" at 50 and Patrick Henry drive. Teen Disco! Was in an old Hot Shoppes restaurant. Went once- real creepy. Burned down early 80s. Now a McDonalds.
