She is now seeking to be nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate as a D.C. Superior Court Judge. It is disturbing to think that a defender of someone engaged in this type of behavior would seek to judge others in cases that may involve abuse.

I came about this thread because I Wanted to find information on Chuck and how he was doing. He was my little league baseball coach for several years and I was friends with his brother for several years. Let me preface all of this by saying that Chuck did a horrible thing, and all of us that know him can only hope that this was an isolated incident but have come to the consensus that this is probably due to a psychological problem he has that will never truly be cured, only remedied by treatment, counseling, and therapy. I disagree with all of these statements that shame him for working at a law firm and shame the employer and employees. This is the best place for him to work. Not only has he paid his debt to society (I'm sure federal prison for 7 years is probably more hell than 90% of the people on this thread have been through) but he can hopefully do right at this firm and, depending on the nature of the work the firm does, bring righteous justice to those who are deserving of it in the same way it was done onto him. AT least that's the way I feel. Chuck is not violent, never showed any sort of predatory tactics around children, and for those of you that live near him, I personally believe that he would never do anything outside the privacy of his own home, if anything ever again.

He committed a crime of violence, call it "sexual torture and assault of a child for hire", because that is what this was. While he did not commit the act himself,his paid patronage of these types of websites encouraged people to commit these crimes against innocent children and to profit from them.
