"Reporter" tackled, arrested at Annandale Parade

Reporter (well, Internet reporter, so "guy with a cellphone") got tackled and arrested by Fairfax Police near the start of the Annandale Parade last Saturday...

I saw the whole thing go down and it was pretty weird. Lot of people I was standing with who saw it from the other side of Columbia Pike remarked that it seemed to have escalated way more quickly than you would have expected.

I assume there's another level to the whole encounter that's not going to get reported on, since it'll just turn into another "fuck the police" vs "fuck that guy for saying fuck to the police" thing. But it seems like the woman in red in the video (parade organizer? someone with Gillespie?) must have known who he was though. But having been there when it happened, I know he wasn't up near the Gillespie bus before the confrontation, so it must not have been from right before. Wonder if it's an ongoing thing.
