Has anyone else seen the new townhouses across from Vienna Elementary? Absolutely disgusting.

Maybe...but the underlying zoning that allows it has been in place 30+ years...

What difference does it make? Pretty much all of Vienna is overcrowded and ugly. I don't get the appeal unless you like living in a shithole.
