Sadly, no. I'm aware of 2 complaints filed by members of the Fairfax County Elections Board to the Dept of Justice. There the complaints went into a black hole (their words). Same complaints were then filed with our elected Commonwealth Attorney and Ray Morrough did not pursue any remedy.

Any chance of a link or direct quote? I'm putting together a letter to County and State officials.
