Speeding ticket in City of Fairfax, does traffic school work?

Wife got ticketed in the City for speeding. I checked online there were plenty of advices in Fairfax County GDC, but none for City of Fairfax. Wife said the officer told her the judge is nice, but what does that mean?

Can wife directly talk to the prosecutor (not allowed in the county), or does traffic school get the ticket dismissed? She has a clean record.

Anyone have experience?

Here's advice: pay the ticket like an honest person who got caught driving way too fast.

Why are you trying to go to such lengths to squirm out of it anyway?

She honestly believes that she did not speed. It is possible, innocent until proven guilty.

City and county use the same circuit court
